Augmentor

Augmentors are upgrade devices located around Katorga-12 island. These devices can be used to upgrade both the TMD and Nathaniel Renko. Upgrades can be unlocked by obtaining TMD Blueprints and Bio Formulas found in various places on the Island.

Augmentations

Augmentations are grouped into one of 3 categories. Upgrades are purchased using E99 Tech.

TMD Equipment

A maximum of two upgrades can be equipped, which tends to improve the rate at which resources can be gained or regained. The TMD starts out with a single slot and can later be upgraded with a second slot by using the Forge formula.

TMD Perks

TMD Perks are limited to the ability to improve the Impulse and Deadlock powers. Buying upgrades for Impulse also increases the speed with which Renko reloads the TMD with energy cells while increasing the duration of a Deadlock.

Hero Perks

Hero Perks are the most numerous upgrades available, and also have the most straightforward effects. Hero Perks improve your health, energy, healing, inventory capacity, and other basic capabilities.
